SHIPPING POLICY Thank you for shopping with W&D Skincare Solution.
PROCESSING TIME • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends & holidays). • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is shipped.
SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY TIME • Standard Shipping (US): 3–6 business days – Cost calculated at checkout • Expedited Shipping (optional): 2–3 business days – Additional fee
SHIPPING LOCATIONS • We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. • International shipping is not available at this time.
ORDER TRACKING • Once your package is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. • You can track your order anytime using the link in your confirmation email.
DELAYED OR MISSING PACKAGES If your package shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received it: • Wait 24 hours – sometimes couriers scan early • Check with neighbors or mailbox area • Still missing? Email us at support@wdskincaresolution.com
WRONG ADDRESS? • Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. • If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for reshipping fees.
