Because our products are personal care and skincare items, all returns must follow strict health and safety standards. Returns Due to hygiene and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on opened or used skincare products. We only accept returns if: • You received the wrong item • Your product arrived damaged • Your order is missing items Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery. Refunds Refunds are issued ONLY in the following cases: • The item was never delivered • You cancel your order before it ships • Your product arrived damaged or defective (Photo or video proof is required) Approved refunds take 3–7 business days to appear on your payment method. Order Cancellation Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours if they have not been shipped.
